Welcome to the Three Rivers Trading platform (the “Site”), a wholesale-only ecommerce service made available exclusively to licensed cannabis dispensaries in Montana. By using this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which govern your access to and use of this Site.

1. Overview

This Site and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to logos, layout, text, graphics, trademarks, trade dress, downloadable materials, and domain structure — are the sole and exclusive property of Sinful MT, LLC, a Montana limited liability company (“Sinful MT”).

Sinful MT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for lawful commercial purposes as a licensed cannabis dispensary. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Sinful MT.

2. Platform Use, Limitations & Disclaimers

This Site is intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) use by licensed dispensaries in the state of Montana. The Site enables users to view product listings, submit wholesale purchase requests, and engage with brand-related content.

The Site does not process payments, handle funds, or manage THC product inventory. All payments and product transfers occur off-platform between licensed dispensaries and licensed cannabis manufacturers or distributors. The Site merely presents read-only information for convenience and pre-ordering purposes.

All wholesale transactions initiated through this Site are completed in accordance with all applicable state and local cannabis regulations, including proper licensing, reporting, and inventory management outside the Site’s system.

3. Product Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

The platform does not manage or track inventory levels. All products are marked as “in stock” for order facilitation purposes only. Licensed cannabis entities will confirm product availability after orders are placed and will fulfill orders based on current inventory. Sinful MT is not responsible for product availability or stock levels.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

5. Content

Content found on or through this Service is the property of Sinful MT, LLC and provided to licensed cannabis entities under a commercial use license. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To interfere with the proper working of the Service or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

7. Shipping Policy

All THC products are transported and delivered by licensed cannabis entities in accordance with applicable state cannabis regulations. 

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Replacements for damaged or incorrect products may offered at the sole discretion of the licensed manufacturer or licensed distributor. For more details, please visit our refund policy page.

10. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our branded products, including THC products, are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21. These products are only available in states where cannabis with medical or recreational cannabis programs. Consult your physician before using any products if you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or are taking any medications. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use cannabis products responsibly and in accordance with state laws.

11. Legal Compliance

All THC products sold through the platform comply with applicable cannabis regulations in the states in which Sinful MT, LLC operates, including Montana and New Mexico. Sinful MT, LLC uses licensed cannabis entities who are responsible for ensuring compliance with all state cannabis laws, including the production, labeling, transportation, and sale of THC products.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sinful MT, LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from the sale, distribution, quality, or legality of cannabis products. The licensed cannabis entity is solely responsible for all product-related matters. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Sinful MT, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All transactions and activities related to the sale of THC products shall be subject to the state’s cannabis regulations in which the sales occur. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana.
