Return Policy
All sales of products are final. Products that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for full replacements at the sole discretion of the licensed partner.
Eligibility for Replacement
Only businesses with valid cannabis license(s) are eligible for replacements. Individual consumers and/or retail customers are not eligible for replacements. A proof of purchase and matching lot numbers with the original manifest must be presented. Replacements are at the sole discretion of the cannabis license holder from which the shipment originated.
How to Start a Replacement
To begin the replacement process, email us at orders@sandiatrading.com.
If your replacement is approved, a licensed partner will prepare and ship the replacement product(s).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
